BNDCC is configures to have capacity of various Business Events activities of any size. The facility offers a total of 44 multi-functional, flexible rooms and have been designed to accommodate a full range of events simultaneously with the capacity of up to 10,000 delegates.

Technical Services
Our facility is complete with state-of- the-art equipment and our highly trained manager will assist on your technical requirements, including AV, staging, sound, presentation equipment and technical expertise. BNDCC also equipped with the advance event technology of Wi-Fi infrastructure that can accommodate up to 10 Gbps, digital signage monitors are available in all function rooms and fiber optic network to obtain real-time audio visual and raw data transfer between rooms.

Event Services
Our experienced Events Manager will assist you in planning and managing your event based on your requirements, helping you to maximize the venue, facilities, and coordinating additional expertise from our extensive team.

Ample Car Space, Security and Safety
BNDCC provides a large-accessible parking lot for 400 cars and buses on-site. With a combination of advanced technology and trained security personnel, we can provide high-level security at any events. In case of specific or heightened security requirements, we may arrange dependable resources to call upon.

Food n Beverage
From a private banquet of 10 or buffets for 5,000 or a gala dinner for 2,500,we can accommodate award ceremonies, conferences, cocktail parties, wedding receptions and social events. Whether you want a traditional Indonesian dish and a contemporary meal with flavors from around the world, our talented Chefs will help to create a bespoke menus designed to exceed your expectations.

Café and Lounge
Located both in the main entrance and mezzanine floor area, the café and lounge are ideal spots for delegates to get some fresh air and explore our international cuisines between sessions. The café serves a choice of healthy a la carte and buffet menus.

VIP Room
With exquisite and well crafted interior design, our VIP Room can facilitate specific arrangements for dignitary guests, bilateral and one-on-one meetings.

Bonded Warehouse
An on-site Bonded Warehouse facility is available for fast and safe custom clearance for temporary imported exhibition goods and equipment. This service guarantees the convenient and professional import and re-export of exhibition and convention goods through our official freight forwarders.
